GUI option fo enable maintenance mode and do not send alert

During node maintenance, like code upgrade, OS upgrade, rebooting, client would like to have an option to put the node or cluster in maintenance mode.
By setting this flag, the SNMP traps and SNMP emails would not be sent.

    This capability exists in GUI and has been implemented as a part of Scale 5.1.2.1

    CLI options are :

    # mmhealth config monitor pause
    # mmhealth config monitor resume

    GUI Option :

    GUI > Nodes > RClick on node you want to put into maintenance mode
