Remove Node Feature in Spectrum Scale CNSA

Currently in the CNSA Implementation there are no way to reduce a define CNSA-Cluster to one or more Nodes, like a mmdelnode step. The Operator has no function to do these necessary step to reduce a cluster with these request.

    This feature is of prime importance for clients who started with a "compact" minimalist container cluster with shared hw for work & control plane, and now want to grow the cluster and physically separate the control plane for increased fault tolerance. Removing the control nodes from the worker group would be nondisruptive.

    Refreshing Hardware is an ongoing task. of course not every day. But if a reinstallation (and therefore a downtime) is required this will make things more complicated that neccessary from my point of view.
