extend number of independent filesets

For a file system used in a large research facility with a capacity beyond 20 PB, we would like to generate at least 5000 independent filesets for projects being active in processing and generating data. We expect initially a demand for 5000 independent and 25000 dependent filesets. Filesets will be extensively used to control/manage quotas, snapshots and policy runs to a dedicated set of files for backup and archiving purposes. We assume that future extensions will increase that demand by factor 4 again (more concurrent projects, external research cooperation)
