mmrestripefs % complete metric is near useless

Current behavior
------------------
mmrestripefs (and mmdeldisk) displays a % complete metric while it is going. Unforunately, this seems to be tracking the % of the inode of the whole filesystem that it is currently working on.

Deficiency of this
---------------------
However oftentimes only a few NSDs will actually need rebalancing or emptying.

But the display leads towards huge jumps in % complete, followed by hours long time where it will hardly move at all. Which in turn means there is no way to estimate how long this process will take.

Proposed solution
--------
I wish to change the percent complete to be the percentage completed of the total data to be moved. This will lead to a much better guide to expected completion time for the end user.

Basically this applies to all all tools running an PIT and reporting percentages. Most of the time they are not helping for time estimates at all.
