gpfs.snap option to add case number and upload to IBM

It would be nice to have an option in gpfs.snap that would take a case number and then upload the snap output once it has been created.

Would remove some manual steps... think of how much collective time would be saved with this feature!!

    Maybe not really needed, as you can upload any filename to a case using:

    mmcallhome run SendFile --file file /tmp/snap/all-2202323892.tar --pmr TSxxxxxxxxx
