Request to add "all" option to put filesystem in maintenance mode

In order to shutdown/startup gpfs gracefully, it is recommended to put filesystem in maintenance mode using "mmchfs --maintenance-mode" cmd before shutdown. However, this command allow only one filesystem at a time. So if the customer has many filesystems, he has to put one by one. It causes much administrator work just to shutdown system. Please implement "all" option as a Device(filesystem) so that he can put all filesystems by invoking one command.

    This could potentially be addressed outside of Spectrum Scale, e.g. with a shell script. It is unlikely to be prioritized for Scale
