DeferredDeletion per INODE filespace

When an user deletes his files in a GPFS file system the inodes are freed directly,
but for the data blocks an DeferredDeletion process is triggered which will delete the related
data blocks in a background process. The quota usage of this user/group/fileset will be reduced by this process.
In huge installation where the file system has a large number of inodes and the Inode allocation map is quite large
the DeferredDeletion can take up to multiple days and also the quota usage update will be delayed accordingly.
To speed it up one option is not to trigger one DeferredDeletion per file system but one per each InodeSpace (independent fileset).

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
Product family - IBM Spectrum Scale
Product - Spectrum Scale (formerly known as GPFS) - Public RFEs
    Component - Product functionality

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
Product family - IBM Spectrum Scale
Product - Spectrum Scale (formerly known as GPFS) - Public RFEs
    Component - Technical Foundation

We believe that deferred deletion should never take days to complete. We recommend taking this up through support channels.
