Fileset Cloning or read-write snapshots

I have a microservices application running on Spectrum Scale 5.x which is looking to weekly and monthly create a copy of the production filesets that may be used for a call in support testing environment as well as an environment for upgrade and beta testing. The snapshots are read-only but they would need read-write capability. The mmclone command only works against individual files. Since the filesets have millions of files it would be difficult to use mmclone for this as it would become unwieldly. The functionality is needed to be able to either create a read-write snapshot or a mmclone of a whole filset or file system.

    Could IBM Spectrum Copy Data Management (https://www.ibm.com/products/spectrum-copy-data-management) address this requirement?
