gpfsperf script improvements

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Though gpfsperf is a sample script, it needs improvements so that the customer local file does not get filled and cause gpfs issues:

- Indicate in the read me file that the local tmp file needs to large enough for the filesize to be tested
- Indicate a better error to describe the local directory being full
- Clean up the temporary cache file when program is completed successfully or aborted due to error
