expose pagepool statistics

There seems to be no supported way, and in fact no way at all that I can find, to determine how effective the pagepool cache is. The official ways to determine an optimum pagepool size are 1) "try it and find out", and 2) "pay one of our consultants to tell you". I found an undocumented way to determine "how much of the cache is in use"; there also needs to be a way to determine the hit ratio of the data that is in there - if the cache is full but none of the cached data is ever used again, then that memory is all wasted.
