Actor: User needing new feature for Recovery

In customer's environment, there are 2 AD servers to have reliability when the one AD server get down.
Spectrum scale(SS) can't get the bemefit of it because SS use one AD. Please refer the following scenario.

1. SS ask the DOMAIN construction to AD server.
2. AD server answers DOMAIN construction to SS.
3. SS ask the DC to DNS.
4. DNS answers DC list to SS.
5. SS select one AD from DC list.

If the selected AD get down, SS doesn't use another AD server becasue the above spec.
SS should use alternate AD server if the using AD server get down.

To get the benefit of redundant AD server, for esample,
1. SS use DC list and if one of the AD server get down, SS use alternate AD server from DC list.
2. If the selected AD server got down, SS ask DC list again and get new AD server.
3. If customer notify the AD server down, customer can change AD server manualy.

Customer want to enhance this as soon as possible. So, we need answer if this request is acceptable or not, soon.

    This looks very similar to another request for failover of AD, also from IBM Japan. Is it the same request twice?
