Make usage time series information available via the Spectrum Scale API

The Spectrum Scale Management GUI has time series information available for GPFS file systems and filesets. This information includes (but is not limited to) the change in block usage (i.e. how much space used) and change in inode usage.

However this information is not accessible via an API and has to accessed via direct query to a PostgreSQL database (see support ticket).

Could an API query be added to the Spectrum Scale API to access this data?

We don't intend allowing _all_ users access to the API, but would use the API to render or create other products tailored for their needs so we can restrict their access to information about filesets and filesystems they are not authorised to view.

Thank you for submitting this RFE. Closing because REST API for querying performance data (incl. capacity/inode/usage) already exists:

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
Product family - IBM Spectrum Scale
Product - Spectrum Scale (formerly known as GPFS) - Public RFEs
    Component - Product functionality

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:

Product family - IBM Spectrum Scale
Product - Spectrum Scale (formerly known as GPFS) - Public RFEs
    Component - V4 Product functionality
