mmkeyserv: changing from regular to simplified setup

Our system was setup for encryption a few years ago with "regular setup" for the key management (manual copy and synchronisation of RKM.conf, etc).
To simplifiy and secure the regular key exchange, we want to switch to the "simplified setup" using "mmkeyserv".
Unfortunately the usage of "mmkeyserv" on a system which started without mmkeyserv on intial setup is not supported and not yet tested from the technical point of view (s. SupportCase: TS002561056). So one potential risk could be the loss of all current used MEKs ...

Because of this we want to request, that such an upgrade path should be tested and validated.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
Product family - IBM Spectrum Scale
Product - Spectrum Scale (formerly known as GPFS) - Public RFEs
    Component - Product functionality

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
Product family - IBM Spectrum Scale
Product - Spectrum Scale (formerly known as GPFS) - Public RFEs
    Component - Technical Foundation

There are so many potential paths from a manual config to Simplified that it would be too much work to address them automatically. The customer should seek help or "hand holding" for a custom migration to ensure no keys are lost in the process
