multi-tenant requirement for POSIX interface

The ESS storage is manged by customer storage department. the clients are from different business departments. The customer takes NFS interface for data access.

The customer wants to take POSIX interface for their clients because of performance. However, Spectrum Scale can't isolate the data from different business department.

so, the customer raised the requests: spectrum scale can control which IP addresses could access one one file set.
