To include support of remote CES Object Clusters

Currently, The Official Spectrum Scale Documentation states the following main points.
• This setup(Remote Clusters) cannot be used for Object or iSCSI services.
• The storage cluster must not have any protocol nodes (CES must be disabled).

This effectively limits/precludes the use of remote NFS/SMB clusters within a setup as the local Object CES nodes prevent any remote clusters.

    We are not investing heavily in the existing CES Object implementation
