Spectrum Scale Management API Version 2 should support SMB exportacls

The Spectrum Scale management API Version 2 includes commands for managing SMB exports, like Create/Modify/Delete an SMB share.
These command represent the 'mmsmb export' cli commands. The API Version 2 must provide an equivalent for the 'mmsmb exportacl' cli commands.
