SMB Error Message handling changes

When a user tries to delete a folder via SMB (Windows explorer) served out from a protocol node while another user has an open file in the folder, the action completes without an error being posted that another user has a file open within the folder, rather the folder appears as though it is deleted, but it is left in a NT_STATUS_DELETE_PENDING state until the user holding the file open closes the file. Upon explorer refresh, the folder is still visible, but not accessible due to pending delete state. SMB attempts to map the SMB semantics of "delete on close" to POSIX and the file will be removed once the last handle on the file is closed. Users would expect to be met with a message similar to following when trying to delete open files, as this message is posted when trying to delete open files in other network shares backed by other technologies: "The action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program. Close the folder or file and try again."

Although this behavior is different from a native Windows Server, it is behaving as designed. To change it would risk breaking existing applications that expect Delete to succeed even if the file is open elsewhere, possibly being deferred until the last file close.

Attachment (Description): A delete is performed against a folder in which another user has a file opened from. From the explorer view, the delete succeeds, but a refresh of explorer shows the folder has reappeared. Subsequent attempts to delete the folder (which is now in a DELETE_PENDING) state result in the following error messages. The folder will not be deleted until the other user holding a file open in the folder closes it out.
