Integration of Spectrum Scale CCR services with systemd (JUMP Trading LLC)

systemd is the facility for managing and integrating long running software services. Spectrum Scale needs to be integrated with systemd so that long running, required CCR services are managed by systemd units and not internal Spectrum Scale scripts and processes. systemd integration will allow us to monitor this necessary CCR service and our monitoring will alert us if there is a problem with the service so that we can take action as needed. This also allows the Spectrum Scale CCR service to work within resource Control Groups, which is needed to control CPU, memory, and other resources which we reserve for Spectrum Scale.
