Report internal status of NSDs on NSD servers

When NSDs on an NSD server experience an I/O error GPFS appears to mark them as being in an error state, the end result being clients not sending I/O requests to that NSD server. When this happens the NSD reports it as OK via mmlsdisk and mmlsnsd. This creates a false sense of security because it appears all client paths to the NSD are OK. If one parses the output of "mmfsadm saferdump nsd" on an NSD server one can determine this internal status.

This RFE is requesting that this NSD server status information be reported more formally, perhaps in an mmdiag command with an additional flag (-Y like most mm* commands) that can produce machine parse-able output.
