[BDA]support data locality in a shared-storage environment

This RFE is requesting that GPFS be modified to support data locality in a shared storage environment by modifying the FPO featureset to support multiple NSD servers per NSD. This is requisite for leveraging data locality in a scale-out environment built on a model with multiple servers and cross connected RAID arrays. This approach has a much lower TCO than a replicated FPO configuration.

An interim, temporary workaround would be to provide toggleable functionality within the Hadoop Connector to expose locality information for non-FPO pools.
