AD with autoID mode to support NFSv4 Kerberos authentication

Need cross platform access (NFS and SMB) in an AD domain where the AD-LDS is not RFC2307 compliant. We need to be able to use AD with autoID mode to support NFSv4 Kerberos authentication. Using the kerberos ticket for IDMAP instead of UID is a useful alternative when RFC2307 compliance does not exist.

    command and error message per below:
    mmuserauth service create --type ad --data-access-method file --netbios-name tmp9000001 --user-name --idmap-role master --servers --enable-nfs-kerberos --idmap-range-size 1000000 --idmap-range 10000000-19999999
    Enabling kerberized NFSv4 (--enable-nfs-kerberos) is supported only for UNIX mapped AD domains
    Specify atleast one UNIX mapped (--unixmap-domains) AD domain
    mmuserauth service create: Command failed. Examine previous error messages to determine cause.
