Provide the ability to remove replication for a fileset via mmcesdr

This RFE is to provide the ability to remove replication for a fileset via mmcesdr. This is very messy to do manually.

mmcesdr can be used to set up replication for an NFS or SMB exported fileset, and indeed expect to manage all aspects of AFM set up (tends to break if it find any other AFM setups in the same cluster that it does not manage). However, if does not support removing replication for an export. This has to be done manually and is a very messy exercise. As mmcesdr owns all replication management within a protocol cluster, it also needs to manage de-configuring replication. Hence this RFE is to request that mmcesdr support the removal of the replication of filesets from replication.
