"AFM mode" for CES-S3 to support S3 transporting files to be accessed as files

AFM to a CES-S3 can move files to/from the S3 bucket, but from the point of view of the file system hosting CES-S3, the files are all owned by the bucket owner and other attributes like mode bits are stored as xattrs. This is fine if all access is by AFM to S3, but means that S3 can't be used for AFM-DR, a situation where S3 would be an improvement over NFS.
