Observe Linux Filesystem Hierarchy Standard for Zimon

The Linux Filesystem Hierarchy Standard (FHS), cf. https://refspecs.linuxfoundation.org/FHS_3.0/fhs-3.0.pdf, foresees /var for data writes and /opt for installed software (quasi write once read many, WORM). That is usually what system admins design the file system set-up along: relatively small root file system incl. /usr and /opt, relatively large /var file system to hold log data and related stuff. Spectrum Scale, in particular zimon, does not care about that reasonable distinction and writes its volatile data into /opt/IBM/zimon/data/ in violation of the FHS and contrary to justified expectations. In result, that directory blocks a large amount of storage capacity of the root file system with the risk of completely clogging it. Of course one can work around by making /opt/IBM/zimon/data/ a symlink pointing into /var, but it would be a nice move of IBM / GPFS to plainly observe the FHS directly.
