Transparent recall of archived VMware VMs from tape via vMotion should work without failure.

VMware Datastore via NFS is storing data on Scale disk with Storage archive to migrate archived vmdks to tape. The recall process is triggered by a vMotion process but it fails because the files are not recalled yet from tape. If the admin waits a while the vMotion works because the files are recalled in the background back from tape to Scale disk. Would be nice if the NFS client can wait for the file to come back to disk before giving up. Currently we need to disable the transparent recall and make a pre-fetch via scripting.
