Enhance the Policy Engine to process newline chars (0x0A) in path names.

We run GHI over Storage Scale for user file systems and have to cope with all sorts of path names. GHI makes use of the policy engine for data movement (migration, purging). We think that any path name working in (core) Storage Scale has  also to be valid with all extensions, for instance the policy engine.

So far this is not the case for path names including newline characters (AKA '\n' AKA '0x0A'), cf. IBM case TS019445196 (https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/case/500gJ000001AoHVQA0/ep-any-rules-of-premigration-policy).

The eventual advice from development in the case mentioned was to add an RfE to which I comply herewith.

So, the idea is : Enhance the policy engine to work flawlessly on path names containing new line characters.

Thanks

Uwe
