change the default data collection behavior of gpfs.snap utility

the default behavior of gpfs.snap is set to collect afm recovery data to include in the snap archive uploaded to IBM, Please create a switch in the gpfs. snap utililty to give the ability to exclude this afm data as this is financial data that may contain PII info, moved under /var/mmfs/afm/$fileset/recovery during a fileset recovery process and NOT supposed to be shared with the vendor by default.
