Set multiple file systems to maintenance mode at the same time with --maintenance-mode yes

We have limited time when taking maintenance downtimes and we need to get file system into maintenance mode as quickly as possible.  It can take a long time to get file systems into maintenance-mode, often having to wait for very long internal mounts to clear.  Currently we have 3-4 file systems in a NSD Server Cluster and we cannot start maintenance on systems until they are all in maintenance mode and GPFS completely stopped across all NSD Servers.

Please make it possible to set multiple file systems to maintenance mode at the same time.
