Allow multiple targets in an AFM-fileset (AFM-S3 only perhaps)

It would be good if we could have data coming from multiple sources in an AFM fileset. Perhaps a client has data that needs to be presented from NFS and S3. The application would have to talk to two different filesets to get data.

The current use case is a client has data in COS, and would like to have the data in COS also be pushed to a Tape target. While I'm not asking for HSM in an AFM fileset, if we could have AFM-S3 to COS and S3-Scale/HSM (or S3 Deep Archive in the future), we could have data in an S3 bucket be moved from S3 to tape. Today this process forces a copy from the COS-S3 bucket to another fileset for tape and the application gets confused because data has been moved.

Perhaps multi-target replication in AFM-S3 is where I think we could expand on this idea. Let's setup the ability to hit 2 targets, but use AFM-MU mode to run a policy to have data hit different targets.

I have a client with 58 PB on 3 x COS systems that would move data to the coldest tier on tape . They have a Scale Cluster too so Storage archive could be the best option to move data to tape and use AFM-to cloud S3 a s the tool to more or copy the data and use Discover as the tool to manage data movement history. The other option is to support Glacier S3 too. Please let us know if you need more information. For our client now this is a high priority request.

I think this is fine to have AFM-S3 push to S3 and S3 Glacier. I've spoken with dev/research folks around this and we can keep the scope for now at this. I'll file a new idea if I get enough client support to try AFM push to NFS and S3.

this can show how data in a single fileset can manage data at creation being placed in Flash TLC, to QLC to FCM4 to HDD to S3 to Tape (glacier).
