CES-S3 should support multiple groups per S3 account

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Currently there's only support for a single group ID for each S3 account. This doesn't fit well with normal file system permissions where the same account might need access to several groups of different roles. F.ex. /gpfs/fs1/department might allow members of group "department" to enter, and then /gpfs/fs1/department/project1 should be restricted to only members of "project1". This seems impossible to achive when S3 accounts only can have 1 account associated. Access to /gpfs/fs1/department/project1 is blocked for group "project1" unless they're also members of "department".

As a first step, please support statically assigning multiple supplementary groups to S3 accounts. This should already be implemented in noobaa, ref: https://github.com/noobaa/noobaa-core/pull/8552

As a future improvement, it would also be great if uid/gid/supplementary-gids was picked up from normal linux user database. So that it will automatically be populated, and also changes will only be needed in a central place (AD/LDAP).
