RELATED IDEAS

Storage Scale performance is extremely sensitive to network and backend latency, there must be a mechanism to monitor those critical KPI

It would help both system administrator and IBM Support to be able to quickly identify the key issue and be able to isolate the bottleneck to address critical performance issues.

    The request as written is high level and not very actionable, it would help if you could provde some specific examples of issues encontered and the type of info that would have been hellpful in order to resolve. providing as much detail as you can will help our develoment team evaluate what may be feasible to do in order to address. Please reopen a request when you are able to provide more specific examples
