Improve DIO on sparse files to avoid E-HOLE error

The customer is using Db2 pureScale and allocates tablespace using preallocation.
But there are enormous performance issue was caused by the DIO thrashing ( frequent switching back and forth between DIO and Buffered IO ) due to E_HOLE errors.
We analyzed the case, but there was no way to avoid it. So we definitely need to improve on this issue.
- Spectrum Scale : TS011768051
- Db2 : TS011724109
