Scale GUI Statistics Save, Generate report, and Forward Selections

Provide the ability in the Scale GUI Statistics monitoring page to save custom settings for easy re-use and ability to forward these selections to the Dashboard page for use in a monitoring widget.

There are pre-set statistics monitoring selections, however adding the ability to create custom ones based on ones environment and save them as a favorite for later re-use is not current available.

Additionally, take this custom statistics view and allow it to be displayed on a GUI dashboard widget such as the Statistics widget today.

Ability to generate a report from the statistics page.


Example:

User creates a custom statistics page view of the top 10 nodes with the highest latency and is able to save this as a favorite to easily re-display this view at a later date. Take this now favorited view and allow it to be displayed on the Dashboard Statistics widget as some on the pre-sets are. Finally allow for the creation of a report (PDF or other) of the statistics view previously favorited.
