Auto expansion of inode to trigger once usage reaches around 95%

Today the Scale alerts and auto expansion are triggered when inode usage is very close to 100% and typically that means when the filesystem in use is very active and busy and is not optimal for performance.  Would like to see the auto expansion of inode to trigger once usage reaches around 95% so that the impact to the filesystem performance is lower.

    I've set the status on this request to "Functionality already exists" because we have a relatively new command that should address this. --auto-inode-limit file system option (refer to the mmcrfs manpage for details). The option works both for the filesets and the file system. If this doesn't address your use case , please reopen the request
