Capacity quota support for HSM managed file systems

We have two storage scale file systems which are HSM managed using Spectrum Protect for space Management. In total we are storing ~40 PB user data on tape here. 

Each group has been granted an amount of files and capacity for all our file systems. But the Storage Scale quota management does not handle the total used space on HSM managed Storage Scale file systems. Only the allocated disk capacity will be taken into account (as long as the files are not migrated to tape).

Therefore we would like to have  a quota mechanism to limit the total capacity usage (user data stored on disk and tape) for users and groups on an HSM managed Storage Scale file system.
