AFM support for immutable and appendOnly mode in GPFS

The customer requests a design change because there is a valid use case where they require setting files to immutable or appendonnly on the IW cache (to prevent tampering of human genome information stored in such files) which means that the files at AFMhome and on another IW cache should reflect that fact. After all, the same users with the appropriate permissions can write to the same files at the AFMhome site or from another IW cache pointing to the same some AFMhome location.

    This request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with the current multi-year strategy. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.
