CallHome feature add to use SMTP in addition to HTTPS

System: ESS EMS node models:
5148-21L
5105-22E

Actor: Client needing additional CallHome feature

ESS EMS node is a mandatory component of ESS building blocks. CallHome is currently supporting HTTPs protocol through internet via proxy server.

Client does not allow any system to use proxy servers to connect to the Internet due to high-security standards, However an SMTP email could be forwarded to IBM support through CallHome feature.

Call Home is an IBM-wide service and it is not within Scale's power to extend the protocols available.
