Switch management

When we deliver switches with the ESS, it's a pain that these don't come with management configured. Getting the hw technician to connect to a serial port to do initial configuration, and then connect it to a network is very cumbersome.. especially now that lab services does most working from home.

Please cable the mgmt-port of the switches to the "blue" network, and have it pre-configured with an IP address from factory. Alternatively have it ask for DHCP, so that we can hand out an address from the EMS.
