Auto tuning in AFM of afmNumFlushThreads

Our organisation are extremely heavy users of the AFM technology atop GPFS/SpectrumScale. We host thousands of AFM file-sets inside GPFS filesystems. The nature of the utilisation of each fileset is almost completely unique and individual. The problem this presents however, is that the performance of AFM cache to home sync varies wildly depending upon the per filesystem tuning paramters applied. It can mean the difference between maybe 100MB/sec of AFM throughput (over a 100Gbit/sec interconnect) and gigabytes per second of throughput, if the default tunings are not modified.
