IBM Storage Scale GUI emails notifications

Dear team, by a customer we have 12 IBM Storage scale subsystem 5149-F48 with 9 enclosures 5149-091, 10 5149-23E node and 1 5149-23E management node.

On the management node we have installed the IBM Storage Scale GUI that have several possibility.

On of them is the email alerts to be send in case of an issue.

Unfortunately, when an event occurs, it is reported via email multiple times (currently, it seems, every 2 minutes), turning into a spam machine.

After doing some research, it appears that this setting cannot be changed.

It would be great to be able to choose how often the same error is reported; ideally, it would be best to receive the notification only once if the error is always the same.

It would be great to implement this feature to streamline the reporting of issues.

Thank you for your attention.
