Implementation of DIMM error checking at IBM Storage Scale Systems

It would be helpful to implement an DIMM error checking, which is raising a warning, when a memory DIMM is throwing to much errors.
In the current ESS versions, we don't have such an checking in place.  Massive recoverable DIMM errors will not be recognized. This may lead to unwanted node chrashes, which could be avoided by planned proactive memory DIMM replacement.

Other IBM platforms, like IBM Storage Virtualize, have such a DIMM checking already implemented.
