Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP) Support

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

LLDP is a technology used in cloud and automation scenarios which assists with Layer2 link discovery. Its works by broadcasting additional metadata and information about each network link to the network switches allowing for automation to more easily recognize which link belongs to which server. This allows for automation technologies used in clouds to more easily and dynamically add Scale Systems into existing network fabrics and integrate with automation to configure the network.

Traditionally we know point-to-point mappings and switches are setup manually, however in cloud datacenters this may not always be the case. Enabling LLDP support will more easily integrate Scale Systems into cloud-like environments.
