Additional ID's for Storage Manager that are "Read Only"

A Financial Services Market client would like to make a formal request for additional ID's to Storage Manager. Currently the ID the client has allows a user to change / delete logical configuration; change / stop /start replication; and even power off the DASD subsystem. The client controls access with LDAP, but has a need for a more limited IDs. The client is requesting an “Read Only” ID and an ID that would give the user a very limited access to Storage Manager such as the ability to open VPN and view status of the machines, without the ability to power off the machine or change replication or logical configurations.

"Read Only" user role already exists in the form of the ???Monitor" user role, and it has always existed. Delivered as per the R8.5 announcement.
