Ability to require dual control for destructive functions

Our auditors and risk team have identified the risk that support personnel can destroy significant portions of our business with the ability to reconfigure our storage devices. As it currently exists a single employee could perform this destructive action across all of our DASD devices. In order to reduce this risk we need the ability to enable functionality that would require a second id (commonly called dual control) to confirm the actions requested by the first id. This functionality should be provided over all the functions that can cause destruction of data (deletion of volumes, LSS's, ranks, extents etc.). A good model for this support is the current TS7700 dual control over category expiration where a second checker id can be required. That support seems to check all the boxes that would allow us to mitigate the identified risk.
