DS8000 DSCLI should allow query of current healt status of all the components

While logging in to the DS8886 GUI a coworker noticed that some of our DS8886's were in a 'service required' state. Apparently there was a failure in the service notification and the CE was not aware. After researching further we noticed several other DS8886's in this state.

Since we have 42 boxes between production and test we thought that it would be prudent to query all of the boxes through the DSCLI. However, we issued the LSSU/SHOWSU, LSSI/SHOWSI and LSSTGENCL commands and all of them showed the State to be Normal.

We did request a System Summary through the GUI and browsed that output and did see that the storage system was in a 'service required' state as well as one of the storage enclosures.

So, we opened up PMR 26008,004,000 as we didn't understand why the system summary through the GUI would be different than the statuses of the various components through the DSCLI. We would like the DSCLI to be enhanced to show the 'real' state of the various components or we'd like the ability to download the system summary through the DSCLI.
