Visibility to volume and LSS use of space for ESE volume

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

We are just starting to implement thinly provisioned ESE volumes and have identified some deficiencies in the lack of granularity in the visibility to the amount of space utilized. We do have a way to look at the space used from z/OS we don't have that within the GUI. This means that we have no way of knowing which volumes are consuming space if those volumes are not online to a host. This includes the intermediate replicated volumes. Ideally this visibility should be at the LCU level and also at the volume level. If we then see an extent pool running out of space we can drill down to the offending volume(s). This information should be provided in both the DSCLI commands and in the GUI.
