Ransomware Testing Method

IBM Banking client has several DS8A50 machines that have Flash Core Modules installed.

Now with the release of 10.2 code they want to test the ransomware alerting end to end and would like a method on the DS8K that they could use to simulate corrupted data.

Could there be a method developed to trigger a ransomware alert on the DS8K that would cause an SNMP alerting event and also reporting to Storage Insights etc.

Regards,

Paul
