DS8000 Safeguarded Copy (SGC) offload to TS7700 VTL

DS8000 users are driving multiple Safeguarded Copy (SGC) cycles per day - and are keeping many days worth of those SGC copies on the DS8000... but many have also expressed wanting to keep 'more' copies on TS7700 VTL. For example, perhaps making a copy of one Validated SGC each period (day, week, whatever) and keeping that for several weeks or months... Or maybe simply extending the duration of time they keep the SGC copies from many days to 'longer' with the extra copies migrating to TS7700 VTL.
