Safeguarded Copy: User defined Virtual Capacity target with automated or command driven multiplier adjustment

Idea: Provide a user configurable virtual capacity used target for all volumes in a copy set (for example, 50%, 55%, or 60%). It would be optimal if the DS8K could automatically adjust the multiplier, UP or DOWN, for any volume that does not currently meet the target. For this, a user configurable adjustment frequency could be useful (i.e., once a day or week, one to a few times per month, etc.). If automatic adjustment frequency by the DS8K isn't feasible at this time, maybe the user could enter a command, when deemed necessary, that causes the DS8K to make the adjustment. This would help in the following ways:

a. Reduce manual administration on individual volumes.
b. Prevent failed captures due to growth.
c. Avoid long term over allocation of virtual capacity on volumes that no longer need it.
