Add remote authentication/LDAP groups for acceptable users in dual control

Currently, DS8K dual control only works for local accounts. As an enterprise has multiple security requirements, such as centrally administered access accounts, LDAP is used to authenticate into the storage devices. However, dual control does not recognize LDAP groups as available dual control checkers. The ask would be to add remote authentication groups as acceptable and available dual control checkers. This would make DS8Ks uniform with TS7700 dual control capabilities, which allow LDAP groups to be checkers.

The request would be for any remote authentication method to be acceptable as checkers, more than just direct LDAP groups.
